1. Free Trial
New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial at $0.00 USD. You will not be charged during the trial. Payment details are collected when the trial starts so that the subscription can begin automatically at the end of it — you may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
2. Billing After the Trial
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at $4.99 USD per month, billed on a recurring monthly cycle from that point forward. This introductory price may change in the future as the Service develops; we will give existing subscribers reasonable advance notice before any price change takes effect.
3. No Refunds After Billing
Once a monthly charge has been processed, it is non-refundable. This applies regardless of how much of the billing period you actually use the Service for. We encourage you to cancel before the trial ends, or before your next billing date, if you do not wish to be charged.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then, and you will not be charged again afterward. Cancelling does not refund the current period's charge.
5. Exceptions
Where required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (for example, statutory withdrawal rights for EU consumers), we will honor those legal requirements even where they differ from the policy above.
